A client is a Real Estate Company in LAGOS seeking to hire a secretary who will be the Administrative Assistance to the organization.
The application must be living in Abuja and willing to relocate to Lagos for two weeks of training in Abuja before relocating to Lagos
Responsibilities for the Secretary job
~ Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, such as scheduling appointments with clients, answering phone calls and emails, and filing paperwork.
~ Scheduling meetings with clients and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
~ Coordinating with other members of the team to complete tasks such as preparing contracts or sending notices to tenants.
~Handling incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, maintaining databases, and providing general office support.
✓Experience as a secretary
✓Manage all incoming mail and messages and deliver them appropriately
✓Highly good with Microsoft office
✓Good communication skills.
✓Minimum of OND.
