Important Dates
The online registration for the UNILAG Post-UTME Screening Exercise will take place from Monday, 10th to Friday, 28th July, 2023. It’s crucial to note these dates and complete the registration within the given timeframe.
UNIAG Post UTME Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Choose the University of Lagos as their first choice in the 2023/2024 UTME.
- Score 200 and above in the UTME.
- Possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O/level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics
O’Level Results Upload
Candidates must upload their O/Level results on the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) on or before 13th August, 2023. Failure to upload the results within the specified period will result in ineligibility for admission consideration.
UNILAG Post UTME Age Requirement
Candidates must be at least sixteen (16) years of age by 31st October, 2023. Those who do not meet this age requirement are not eligible to apply.
Mandatory Post-UTME Screening
It is important to note that candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME Screening will not be considered for admission into UNILAG. Ensure you complete the screening process to maximize your chances of securing admission.
Former Students and Expelled Students
Former students whose admissions were withdrawn due to poor academic performance or absence status may re-apply for admission. However, the new admission will be for a different program/course from the former one. Expelled students from the University are not eligible for fresh admission.
How to Register for UNILAG Post UTME

- Click on “Admissions” and select “Post-UTME Application.”
- Log in using your UTME number as the username and your lowercase surname as the password.
- Generate and print the payment advice.
- Make payment at any commercial bank or pay online.
- Return to the University portal to complete the screening form.
- Print your Post-UTME Examination Pass.
Post-UTME Test (Online): The Post-UTME online aptitude test will take place from Monday, 31st July to Friday, 4th August, 2023. To prepare adequately, candidates are advised to obtain the UNILAG Post-UTME past questions and answers.
