Worth of the Scholarship: The scholarship offers £5,000 for the first year of study.

About the UK Scholarship
International ambassadors are representatives of the university. The International Ambassador Scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to outstanding students who wish to serve as ambassadors for the University of West London.
As an Ambassador, you act as an active representative of the University. You are expected to take part in present and future promotional activities and will therefore be interviewed and photographed by the marketing department. Scholars also contribute to the promotion of the University of West London from time to time by supporting events organized for Scholars or hosted by the International Office. Scholar agrees that the University will not make any payments for Scholar’s participation in promotional activities. Grantee assigns to the University any intellectual property or other rights created as part of the promotional materials. The University reserves the right to revoke a grant if the grantee does not meet the requirements of the role.
As outstanding students, Ambassadors also contribute to the development of the University of West London from time to time by supporting scholars and events organized by the International Office.
Eligibility
You must meet up the following criteria:
- International students paying in full at their own expense (Note: EU applicants are not eligible).
- An offer holder for an undergraduate or postgraduate course at UWL, to commence study in January 2020.
Selection Criteria
The International Ambassador Scholarship will be awarded on a competitive basis to candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm and the ability to be an excellent international student ambassador.
