The Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships 2023-2024 are now open for applications. Eligibility Criteria for QECS

To qualify for the QECS scholarships, candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Possess citizenship or refugee status in a Commonwealth nation
  • Submit an application for the QECS award in a foreign country other than their home country or country of origin
  • No age ceiling
  • Must have earned a degree and achieved the equivalent of a 2:1 at the time of submission
  • QECS scholarships are limited to low and middle-income countries, and not extended to high-income countries such as Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the UK
  • QECS scholarships are only open to new students and cannot be used to support a program that has already begun.
