Things need for NYSC Camp
If you are mobilized for NYSC, you will need to bring essentials to camp. Many Legion members often make the mistake of not bringing some of these items to their orienteering camp. Some of these items are so important that you can’t enter camp without them, while others are necessary on a daily basis to make your stay at camp a little less frustrating. Arrival in).
Let’s roll! Below is a list of very important items that you must keep in camp as a member of the squad.
Present them in order of priority for clarity and emphasis.
- Your NYSC Draft Letter:
You must present this upon first registration to enter the camp. This is the only document that proves you are a newly assigned Corporate Member. So no kidding. Remember this even if you forget everything else listed here. Also, make a copy of this document as you may need it later for other registrations. Many new recruits (Otondos) usually do not come to camp with this document and are sent home.
Note: Do not laminate this document. If you do, you may be denied by NYSC officials.

We recommend that you make at least 10 copies of each document you uploaded during your NYSC registration and the above documents. While it is true that camps can make copies of these documents, we recommend that you bring them with you to camp to save money (these are more expensive at camps) and time.
7. Passport Photo: Almost every form you fill out at camp requires a passport photo. A maximum of 15 passport photos is required. Also, make sure everything has a red background.
8. Certificate/License:
Personnel studying specialized courses such as medicine, pharmacy, and nursing are required to provide proof of eligibility. B. Certificate of Registration with the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council (NMDCN) and the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN). Medicine and pharmacy graduates respectively.
9. Stationery: You will need pens, chewing gum, staples, files, etc.
10. What All White People Wear:
Always wear white clothes during your stay at the camp. You may be allowed to wear something else only on Sundays or special occasions when you are required to wear the official NYSC dress (khaki dress).
It’s true that at camp you’ll get 2 of his t-shirts in white, 2 white knickers, and 1 white Snicker or Converse. However, the truth is that these may not perform well as they are of poor quality and may not be washed daily. So you should bring them to camp.
